Plaintiff recovered a verdict of $800 in a suit for personal injuries and property damage sustained in a collision occurring on January 26, 1956, on State Highway No. 60, east of the city of Worthington, Minnesota, about one block south of its intersection with U.S. Highway No. 16. Plaintiff was driving her 1954 Pontiac station wagon in a northerly direction. Defendant was simultaneously operating his 1951 International truck in the same direction approaching plaintiffs station wagon from the rear. The record indicates that the defendant negligently operated his vehicle so as to cause a collision between the left rear corner of the box of his truck and the rear end of plaintiffs vehicle, and the jury appears to have so found.
